Canon EOS Rebel SL1/100D Review- Best Value For Money DSLR
Today we are going to talk about a DSLR camera which Canon has launched lately to compete against mirrorless cameras that are very popular in the market these days and this has obvious reasons.
Companies like Nikon, Sony, Olympus, and Panasonic have launched many mirrorless cameras entries so far which not only offer super light weighted cameras but also camera like Sony A6000 even claims to have the fastest autofocus up to 0.06. Wow
Note– If you are willing to know more about Sony A6000 you should definitely check out this link below! It might help.
Canon EOS Rebel SL1 has been billed as the world’s smallest and lightest APS-C DSLR with a very impressive small body. Canon really has made something different this time and people are going crazy after it.
It is a miniaturization of its familiar SLR Design with 18 Million Pixels APS-C sensor with Digic 5 processor same you can see in Canon T5i/700D. With almost similar features Canon SL1 retain most of the control and it is even smaller than Canon T5i/700D which makes it even handier for its users.
Canon SL1 has a 3 inches LCD with touch control that is identical to T4i/600D and T5i/700D but it is fixed.
One of the coolest thing bout SL1 is, it will give you a proper experience of a DSLR but because of its small size, it is very light-weighted and thus competes against many mirrorless cameras of its range. It has a weight of 400g.
The sensitivity range of SL1 is also not so bad, you can adjust the ISO from 100 to 12800 and this is expandable up to 25600.
It has a burst mode shooting of four frames per second(4fps) and that is even better as compared to T5i which gives 3fps.
Canon SL1 records a full HD video up to 1080p/30p and that’s pretty cool. You can also see a stereo input jack makes it more convenient.
With 9 point auto-focus SL1 has all those features which a normal entry level camera has, despite its small design, Canon has tried to give the best to the buyers with this price range.
Without wasting much of the time lets just go through this table to know about the specifications more conveniently!
